Job description

A successful candidate should have following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to MD/CEO/Senior Leader.

• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and non-verbal to influence and persuade.

• Discretion and trustworthiness: Will have access to confidential information.

• Flexibility and adaptability.

• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

• The ability to be proactive and challenge the executive

• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.

• Advanced Microsoft office skills with an ability to become familiar with firm specific software and programs.

Key responsibilities are enclosed below :

• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for the MD.

• Partners with the MD to coordinate and support business initiatives throughout the organization and improve service and efficiency of the Executive Office.

• Works independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects as directed by MD

• Acts as the project manager for special projects as directed by the MD

• Work on dashboards and well articulated presentations .

• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between MD and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support staffs.

• Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the MD's ability to effectively lead the company.

• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings, facilitates cross-divisional coordination and plans

• Ensuring complete administrative support in terms of management Calendar, travel bookings, budgets, and expenses etc.

• Organizes and coordinate for office events, activities, and communications; assure efficient workflow and office operations.

• Familiarity with the MS Office suite
