Your next challenge: Maps Customer Journey. Defines Customer Journeys. Identify key moments of truth and pain points. Works on development of self-care with Digital and IT. Cultivates innovation: Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful. Customer focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Drives Results: Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.

You’re a match :

Expertise in Customer Journey mapping. Expertise in Feedback Management methodology. Digital and Artificial Intelligence awareness (chatbot, web platform, …). Ability to build and follow Customer Experience Dashboard. Proven experience >3 years leading innovative Customer Experience approach. Experience in service B2B industry or possibly B2C. BA degree and MBA preferred in business, economic, market research or numerate subject.
