Job Responsibilities
*all aspects of managing relationships with new and existing clients and prospects
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
*ÂWork with clients to understand their queries and provide solutions that meet their needs
*Provide consultation services to clients. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.
*Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
*Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
*Identify and resolve client concerns.
