Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager at Jayashree Electron Pvt. Ltd. located in Pune. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's purchasing process, including understanding technical parameters, finding suitable suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. The Purchasing Manager will also be responsible for forecasting demand and developing procurement strategies. Qualifications Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, and procedures Proven experience in supplier identification, contract negotiation, and inventory management Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs and lead times. Experience of 2+ years in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field B.E./B tech/ Mcom Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systemsJob tags
