Retail Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer service, managing sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring effective communication with customers.

• Excellent retail sales skills and ability to drive sales
• Strong communication skills to establish excellent relationships with customers
• Exceptional customer service skills to handle customer queries and issues
• Ability to create an outstanding customer experience for customers by providing attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Previous experience in the Tile industry or Sanitary-ware preferred
