Company Website Link : Job Description: Indirect Tax compliance (Litigation, Drafting, Legal Research, GST Return, GST Audit, GST Advisory etc.) Direct Tax compliance (overall TDS/TCS Compliances) Audit (Internal Audit, GST Audit, Bank Audit) MIS (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) Reporting Statutory, Corporate and Legal Compliance (DPT-3, MSME, FFR-I, FFR-II, SFT Reporting etc.) Accounting (Record to Report Financials) Proofreading of Annual Report and other Financials Engaged in the valuation of the company. Handling outward remittance to foreign parties (15CA/CB) Preparation of Monthly Information System reports Budget Analysis, Financials, and Fixed Assets Register Looking after routine financial and operation compliances of the company.
