Job description
The TAC Security Country Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing a strong market presence for our cybersecurity Solutions This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cybersecurity, exceptional sales leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for TAC Security Solutions
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business and expand existing accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and pipeline activity to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
