Job description

The TAC Security Country Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing a strong market presence for our cybersecurity Solutions This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cybersecurity, exceptional sales leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for TAC Security Solutions
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.
  4. Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business and expand existing accounts.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  7. Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and pipeline activity to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
  3. Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  6. Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
