Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific
About the Role
Position Title: Vice President - Vice President - Program Management & Risk Assessment (NPA)

Job Profile :
This role will be required to assist and coordinate financial crime governance matters and coordination of New Product Assessment (NPA) for MUFG locations regionally.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic
The candidate will provide support to the Program Management team in executing governance and coordinating NPA by deploying effective governance in the Asia & Oceania region. Responsibilities of the VP include:
Supporting the Global Financial Crime Division program governance and implementation in the region. Provide support on ad hoc projects which are managed by Program Management.
Coordinate material financial crime information for regional governance forums and Global reporting. Coordinate cross-functional and global projects.
Support the region to administer new forums, meetings as necessary and ensure its successful delivery.
Provide in-depth support with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Drive program enhancements by working collaboratively with all members of the program. NPA
Coordinate financial crime NPA in the region including maintaining and updating the NPA procedure, timely replies to stakeholders, keeping track of timelines, reviewing the NPA template, reporting and escalating to the global team when required.
