Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven DOMO Consultant to join our team. As a DOMO Consultant, you will play a critical role in leveraging the power of the DOMO platform to transform data into actionable insights for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and DOMO implementation, with a good-to-have familiarity with other tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective DOMO solutions.
• Design and develop custom dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business objectives.
• Implement and maintain data integration processes within the DOMO platform.
• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless data flow and accurate representation.
• Provide expertise in DOMO functionalities, best practices, and innovative approaches to data visualization.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of DOMO features.
• Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization within the DOMO environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging features within the DOMO platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DOMO solutions into the overall data strategy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DOMO Consultant with a focus on data visualization and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in creating custom dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using DOMO.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling within the DOMO platform.
• Knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages.
• Familiarity with other similar tools such as Tableau and Power BI (good-to-have skill).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with DOMO certifications is a plus.
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with other business intelligence tools and platforms.
• Experience in creating calculated metrics and custom datasets in DOMO.
• Knowledge of best practices in data governance and security within DOMO.
