Job description
This is a full-time on-site role (located in Bengaluru) for a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance,
repair, and troubleshooting of analytical equipment such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Mass Spectrometers and Electron Spin Resonance, in addition to
conducting training sessions for customers.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and repairing complex electronic equipment
· Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments, GCMS or MS will be preferred.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner. Fluency in English and Kannada will be preferred.
· A collaborative and customer-oriented approach to work, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
· Availability to travel frequently and work irregular hours when necessary
Gross Salary: 55K - 58K
