- As a Marketing Operations Team Lead, you should have management skills to well manage and develop your team.
- This position will report to Marketing Operations Manager.
- Located at vidaXL office at Hyderabad.
Purpose of the job
- The Marketing Operations Team Lead is responsible for managing and developing the Operations Team in India office.
- This position should make sure all tasks are finished in good efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities/core tasks
- Manage and develop the Operations Team in India office
- Recruit the rest qualified team members together with Marketing Operations Manager
- Learn how to do all the tasks at the beginning and offer trainings to the team members
- Assign the tasks given by Marketing Operations Manager to your team members properly
- Monitor the working performance of all team members
- Assist Marketing Operations Manager to complete other projects/tasks

Individual / job specific:
o At least 2 years management experience
o At least 2 years experience in e-commerce
