2+ Years of experience from BFSI. Qualification – Graduation/Post graduation - Civil Engineer Candidate must be fluent in speaking local language. Job Responsibilities - Monitoring of ongoing infra projects. Handling & execute all local infra projects. Sourcing of new locations. To ensure complete manpower related to Caretakers and security on daily basis for his respective branches. To ensure hygiene standards at branches. To carry out repair and maintenance at branches. (Upton certain limit). To ensure availability of Drinking and portable water at branches. Follow-up with AMC vendors for daily complaints.
