Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role located in Haridwar, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in the Automotive & allied metal cutting segments. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase sales and market share.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Metal cutting strategies, Tools & CNC Programming. Knowledge of CAM will be an add on.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in sales and business development in the metal cutting sector.
• Knowledge of cutting tools and related technologies
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) preferbely ZOHO CRM.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
