D escription of responsibility
Responsible for Conceptualizing and publishing HR Analytics/Dashboards and maintaining the effectiveness of HR-related workflow processes and the integrity of data in our HR System.
Key functional responsibilities
HR Technology and Analytics-
- Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, labour efficiency and other key People metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Develop a dashboard of HR metrics to be presented monthly, quarterly, and annually in senior leadership meetings.
- Execute Restaurant Incentive Program by giving timely updates and doing the calculations.
- Analyse data and present insights around various opportunities to improve cost, People Governance and metrics.
- Single Point of Contact for all HR dashboarding and technology needs.
- Identify the new HR system requirements to maintain smooth functioning of all HR activities at HRPL.
- Responsible for the governance of implementation effort and project management of all the HR Tools & modules in HRMS
- Manage relationships with 3rd party providers.
- Ensure all HR systems related queries are resolved within a defined SLA through partners. Maintain HR process and data integrity in our Tech systems.
P referred Total Experience
1 - 3 years overall experience with good understanding of HR processes
E ducational Qualification
Graduate (Mandatory), MBA in Human Resources (Preferable)
