Job description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gold, Lending, Insurance and other financial products, including:
- Support, Lending, Insurance, fraud management, transaction processing and new products launched. Managing team workflow and workload distribution
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on operational performance
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Lead and develop a team of 25+ operations professionals:
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities
- Motivating and engaging team members to achieve goals
- Creating a positive and productive work environment
Collaborate effectively with other departments across the organisation:
- Communicating and coordinating operational activities with stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with other teams
- Participating in cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the FinTech or Ecommerce industry.
- Strong understanding of financial services and relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
