You will be accountablefor the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall lossprevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of theSQCDSM metrics.You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legalregulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Co-ordinate the execution of Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program, Capexmanagement &OPEX(M&R) budgets, site Technology & Automation maintenance, Asset & Master datamanagement, Service providers/ OEM-original equipment mfg. contracts & SLA-site level agreement adherence,adherence to Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements are adhered to.
• Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working:delivering zero breakdowns viapreventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams PM(Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Losselimination, Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.
• Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, and building capability of Operating teams viaspecific training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown and CIL techniques
• Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order todeliver the company objectives, and goals.

• Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution ofAM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM -Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools.
• The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level work process owners and drive thecommon opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellentcommunication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration andrelationship management skills.

More about this role

. Helps the line/s leader to deliver the SQDCSM targets of the lines as well as the targets assigned

. Owns the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and has deep technical mastery of the process and equipment

. Builds technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves

. Develops, owns and executes the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and builds capability of the team to execute themselves

. Partners with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks

. Is responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper breakdown analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s

. Assists in VSU for the new initiatives and enables the VSU team

. Owns the PM systems and work processes and the PM KPIs and KAIs for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems owns the R&M budget of the line

. Helps the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication . Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forums

. Is part of the PM Pillar, owns all PM systems and work process at the line level and leads some of them at the department level. Is the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and is a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant

. Spends at least 50% of the time on the floor, coaching and training technicians and helping them in trouble shooting, root causing and building preventive measure to avoid repeated breakdowns

Qualifications

. B. Tech Mechanical / Electrical

. Atleast 1 /3 shall be in electrical with minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance in similar industries
