Job description
Responsible for implementing technical solutions based on the business need.
Experience in managing small or medium sized teams.
Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager/Technical Architects.
Work closely with the other ITSM solutions in the organization.
Provides technical and functional leadership to the stakeholders of the project.
Ensure to build the required functional and technical documentation for the projects in scope.
Primary Skill set
Overall Experience of 4 to 8 years in MicroFocus Service Manager Products .
Experience in installation and configuration of MicroFocus Service Manager
Knowledge of HPOO, UCMDB
Impact Analysis creation exposure.
Experience in Unix/Linux/Python scripting
Troubleshooting skills on MicroFocus products
MicroFocus Certification on Service Manager is an added advantage.
Basic Networking concepts, DB Concepts and Server OS concepts.
Profile required
Experience in Unix/Linux/Python scripting
Experience in Implementation of SMAX minimun 4 years of experience
knowledge on powershell
knowledge on connect-IT
Able to understand logical queries
Basic Networking concepts, DB Concepts and Server OS concepts
