Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Email Marketing Specialist. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing email campaigns, managing lead generation, optimizing marketing automation workflows, and analyzing marketing data. This role is located in Pune with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Marketing Analytics and Lead Generation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expertise in Marketing Automation and Email Marketing Software
• Experience in A/B testing and optimizing marketing automation workflows
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Any high school degree
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
