Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Store Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Female Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Hyderabad. This includes managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications And Skills - Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Train and develop store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management
