Key Responsibilities:

1. In Depth knowledge in the subject matter. Production knowledge in the dept as an Intermediate level or Senior artist
2. Good teaching ability & assessment ability. Ability to conduct training and support in assessment as per the given structure & curriculum.
3. Supports the selection process of candidates & acts as a lead trainee during OJT (ontheJob Training).
4. Conduct Sessions on specific topics & supports for content creation.
5. Support in choosing Shots to be used during module delivery.
6. Ability to give constructive feedback to the trainees and interns.
7. Review & Maintain sheets regarding the efficiency rating of Learners and Training
8. Guiding & Mentoring Trainees OneonOne for Individual learners/trainees.
9. Keen interest towards industrial updates and having transferred those knowledge to his/her team.
10. Create training content(s) and send it for approval for uploading in the LMS after consulting all stakeholders.
11. Support in assessment for training through LMS/ICP
12. Identify needs and facilitate the delivery of content for upskilling and dual training
