Key Responsibilities
- Strategy development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Content creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster meaningful interactions with our audience. Develop strategies to increase engagement and build a loyal community.
- Campaign management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives effectively. Develop weekly content calendars to guide campaign execution and maintain consistency.
- Analytics and reporting: Regularly update senior leadership on marketing activities, and analyze campaign results to inform future strategies.
- Trendspotting and innovation: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry news. Incorporate innovative strategies and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Qualifications
- 1+ years of marketing and social media experience.
- B2B or SaaS background preferred.
- Strong communication, design, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in generating leads through social media campaigns.
- Track record of growing social media pages with 50k+ followers.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Mixpanel, Hubspot or Marketo.
