Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist at Pankaj Electricals in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and establishing new business opportunities, managing and training the sales team, and analyzing sales performance metrics to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record in sales, with experience in B2B sales preferred
• Experience in sales management and team training
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Experience in the electrical or electronics industry is a plus
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
