- We are seeking a passionate and experienced DevOps Manager to join our team and lead the charge in infrastructure automation
- You will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our DevOps practices, leveraging your technical expertise in Ansible, Terraform, scripting, and cloud technologies to build and manage scalable, reliable infrastructure

What you will be doing
In this role, you will be a key member driving changes to refine, define evolve the DevOps vision.

- Foster a culture of learning and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
- Provide technical leadership to identify opportunities, remove roadblocks, and mentor team members.
- Establishing and cultivating collaborative, effective relationships with global counterparts to ensure adequate resource allocation to projects and maximum efficiency.
- Ensuring commitments and progress to schedules remain clear, reasonable, and proactively monitored.
- Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to inspire individuals to achieve high performance.
- Oversee our code repository structures and branching strategy and implementation.
- Responsible for technology and solution underpinnings of DevOps solutions, processes, and tooling across all environments. Delivering solutions that are secure, scalable, robust, and easy to implement maintain.
- Optimize and troubleshoots DevOps solutions and supporting services for speed and most efficient use of resources.
- Own build and deployment pipelines
- Drive creation, maintenance, and adoption of tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes and others that automate repetitive/error-prone manual processes.
- Work cross-team, cross-product and cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity and provide assistance as-needed. Building strong cross-functional relationships and running virtual teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions for customers and prospects.
- As part of then DevOps Engineering leadership, shape, communicate and drive towards the future-state vision of the product and the organization.
- Stay ahead of the curve by constantly learning and integrating new DevOps technologies and methodologies.
You will need this to be successful
- 9 - 11 years of overall experience with minimum 5+ years in DevOps managing technical teams with strong culture of driving results.
- Proven experience in a DevOps or Software Engineering - complete SDLC leadership role, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Applications build, deployment and configuration management knowledge strongly desired.
- Knowledge of design patterns is desirable.
- Experience using Ansible Automation Platform to configure Windows in an Azure environment.
- Experience building and maintaining complex cloud environments using Terraform.
- Complete understanding of Git : branching, merging, tagging, conflicts, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD , integrated with a Git strategy (at least one of: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines etc.)
- Experience with containerization technologies, preferably Docker and Kubernetes
- Manage business relationships with senior leaders to understand their strategy, identify where our team can add value, and influence leaders towards long-term partnerships.
- Experience in agile methodology (i.e., Scrum or Scrum with Kanban) with ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Should possess strong professional expertise and intermediate management skills with the ability to make decisions.
- DevOps solutions design, development and delivery experience with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Willing to work in shift time 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm (IST).
- Low ego.
