Job description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate & facilitate Corporate Support functions:

Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Admin, and other departments to align workplace solutions with overall organizational goals. Support cross-functional initiatives and projects to achieve the objectives of New Delhi Shared Services.

Administrative support to senior management:

Providing administrative support to Sr. Leaders, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling communications, preparing reports and presentations, Minutes of Meetings, and effectively managing information flow within the organization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize MIS skills to gather and analyze data related to workplace solutions. Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and propose improvements. Build and manage Share Point pages, MOMs, etc.

Communication Strategies:

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure clear and transparent information flow within Support functions and in the organization. Manage internal communication channels and platforms. Support initiatives that foster diversity and inclusion, and a culture of equality and respect. Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to design and optimize the physical workspace for maximum efficiency, comfort, and collaboration. Implement changes to office layout, furniture, and amenities based on employee needs and feedback.

Technology Implementation Support:

Work closely with the IT department to implement and optimize technology solutions that enhance communication, collaboration, and overall workplace efficiency. Ensure seamless integration of software applications and tools to support daily operations.

Wellness Programs & EAP:

Collaborate with HR to design and implement wellness programs aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being among employees. Facilitate workshops and activities focused on health and work-life balance. Develop and execute initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. Coordinate recognition programs, events, and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
