Job description

Daiviksoft Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE / BDM) to join our team in Kochi / Thiruvanthapuram Office (Work from Office). As a BDE / BDM focused on software services, you will play a vital role in expanding our clientele and ensuring the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:  Drive business growth by actively generating leads and acquiring new clients for software services.  Utilize strategic approaches, including targeted outreach and networking, to expand the client base and secure new business opportunities.  Implement innovative tactics to penetrate new markets and capitalize on emerging trends in the staffing industry. 2) Client and Vendor Relationship Management:  Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendors through effective communication, trust-building, and personalized service delivery.  Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique staffing needs and providing tailored solutions to address challenges and achieve business objectives.  Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure the timely sourcing and placement of top- tier talent, fostering a collaborative ecosystem that drives mutual success. 3) Team Leadership and Development:  Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team of business development executives, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.  Provide strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members, empowering them to achieve individual and collective goals.  Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork, driving overall team success and achievement of business targets. 4) Strategic Planning and Execution:  Develop and execute strategic business plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and drive sustainable growth in the software services.  Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.  Implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and value propositions to maximize profitability and enhance the company's competitive position in the marketplace. 5) Operational Excellence and Compliance:  Ensure operational excellence and adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards in all aspects of client engagement, contract negotiation, and service delivery.  Oversee the development and implementation of robust operational processes, systems, and quality controls to optimize efficiency, minimize risk, and ensure consistent service delivery excellence.  Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of business operations and service offerings.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.  3-6 years of experience in business development, with a focus on staff augmentation or recruitment services.  Proven track record of success in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.  Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, vendors, and internal teams.  Experience managing a team of business development executives, with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.  Solid understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.  Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
