Job purpose

The key purpose of this role is to work as a bridge between Business Stakeholders and IT Application Suppliers (Internal/ External). It ensures delivery of new changes and enhancements in existing IT applications related to Facility Management & Finance applications i.e. e-Facility, Tally, etc... Ensure on-time, within cost, and quality delivery from different partners. Manage risk, security, compliance, and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity, high availability, safety, and integrity of supported IT applications.

Job Accountabilities

• Working as IT SPOC for business in areas related to Facility Management & Finance related applications
• Ensuring High Uptime and Availability of platform and related Integrations.
• Managing underlying vendor eco-system for efficient project and service delivery
• Delivering new technology capabilities, enhancements, and upgrades over time.
• Maintain healthy working relations with business stakeholders
• Perform continuous and periodic reviews with vendors towards managing and proper functioning of these applications.
• Responsible for inculcating best practices in terms application maintenance

Skills/Competencies Required

• Proficient and good understanding of COTS as well as Custom applications with hands-on experience in application development & and management
• Good working experience in finance applications i.e. TALLY
• Exposure to facility management system i.e. MAXIMO, e-Facility, etc.
• Good Industry knowledge of payment solutions and related technologies
• Good understanding of finance-related regulatory integrations i.e. e-Invoice, e-waybill, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile App technologies (Android and IOS both)
• Hospitality domain experience will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering Discipline
• Certification in any Web / App Development Technology is desirable
• Certification in any Application Project Management Practice is desirable

Experience

• Relevant 9-12 years of work experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Application Development experience in the past (either JAVA or .Net or PHP)
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience
• Candidates from Mumbai location are preferred
