Job Designation : Senior Software Test Engineer - AutomationLocations Open : Multiple Position and Category : Permanent and Company PayrollJob Description :Roles and Responsibilities (Along with Skills Required) :- Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.- Continuously enhance automation infrastructure, frameworks, and processes to improve efficiency and maintainability.- Develop Automated tests to support system, integration, regression, and End to End testing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party teams to support and oversee testing activities.- Utilize and administer test management tools & methodologies for teams to report test progress, test coverage, and defects.- Utilize SQL knowledge to design and execute database queries for test data validation and verification.- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA automation and Desktop Automation testing.- Responsible to work with development teams to create testing scenarios and strategies various tests to deliver high quality product- Responsible for functionality testing, accessibility testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, and regression testing- Experience on product testing in Agile environment; should know various stages of product release QA support needed- Experience on various test techniques and appropriate applicability/implementation- Experience in using UI and API test automation tools frameworks like Selenium, RestSharp, Postman- Experience with Selenium is required- Experience in testing APIs and its automation is required- Desirable - contribution to design and implementation of framework(s)- Desirable - implementation of continuous testing as part of CI/CD pipeline (ADO or similar tools)- Experience in working with Testing tools like defect tracking tools, test case development tools, etc.- Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.- Exposure with working in Agile environment.- Hands-on experience in developing automation framework.
