About the role: Perform writing tasks for technical documents such as user manuals, installation manuals, help documents and tutorials to develop communications that persuade and influence target audience. What you will be doing: This position is for Project Atom: You will be working as a Technical Writer responsible for understanding the business and then work on building a high-quality documentation for the ongoing work and the future enhancements. You would be working in highly quality & client focused environment. What you will need: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer. Ability to work as an individual contributor. Ability to work in flexible working hours if needed. Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle) Experience in using HTML, XML tools to create documentation. Strong Communication skills. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter. Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences. Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
