As a
Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with our Global HR team, and our Regional HR Operations team across APAC.
You will be part of a dynamic, global company and support in all HR and payroll issues of day-to-day business in the employee life cycle.
Your Responsibilities - Smooth personnel administration (drafting contracts, change agreements, agreements on maternity protection, maternity leave, administration of the time recording system)
- Organization and maintenance of digital personnel files in our internal HR system
- Preparation of wage and salary accounting including bonus calculation
- Billing incentives and provision of relevant employee information (absences, sick days and work documents)
- Optimization of operational HR processes
Key Requirements - 4-8 years of relevant professional experience in operational HR and Payroll
- Good knowledge of labor law in APAC and Payroll accounting
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), experienced handling of iOS
- You are characterized by a precise way of working, have an affinity for numbers and work independently and with attention to detail
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
