Role And Responsibilities We are currently seeking an experienced AWS/DevOps Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of experience and must have expertise in AWS, Python/Shell scripting, and Linux. In addition, the candidate should have prior experience in handling cloud migration projects and a solid understanding of deployment automation. The main responsibilities of this role include identifying processes for automation, researching and testing automation solutions, and building strong working relationships with technical teams, infrastructure partners, and service engagement managers. The candidate should also have a good understanding of cloud service offerings, web security principles, and HA/DR concepts. This individual will work closely with the team to analyze and design infrastructure with 99.99% uptime. Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must have a degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or equivalent, with at least 5+ years of experience. They should have a strong background in infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting and/or previous software development experience. Hands-on experience with primary AWS services and knowledge of repository management are required. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of web application architecture and RDBMS, with experience in IT compliance and risk management requirements as a bonus. Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication skills, are necessary for this role.
