Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, identifying potential new clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales policies to ensure maximum sales efficiency and profitability.

• Sales management and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in B2B sales and marketing
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to maintain and build relationships with clients
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Experience in the technology industry or supply chain/logistics is a plus
