Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Desktop Support position at Marwa Group located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The role will involve day-to-day tasks associated with desktop support, troubleshooting, network administration, network security, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Network Administration, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Network Security
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, are a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products, as well as operating systems, such as Windows and Mac OS
