Job description

1. Deep understanding of the e-com platforms business specific to running a marketplace in
Lifestyle and/or Footwear
2. On top of the consumer landscape in India with detailed insights into ecom metrics
3. Understand consumer funnel and sound knowledge in driving and optimising traffic and
visibility of the brand(s)
4. Proven ability to drive and execute mega events like BBD and EORS with end-to-end
execution.
5. Data driven, and detailed oriented approach to business, with the ability to manage business
health. Defining and delivering key business KPIs like Traffic growth, Demand growth,
Brand health, Visibility, Seller performance metrics
6. Sound knowledge of operations and a knack for building healthy relationship with key
stakeholders and drive cross functional accountability
7. Create SOPs to drive business goals and evaluate at a weekly, monthly quarterly basis.
8. Bring strategic insights to inform long term business plans.
9. Well versed with the marketplace/seller dashboards and operations associated with it
10. Self-motivated and a team player who is open to learn and explore new opportunities.
