OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
JOB PROFILE
- Generate Draft Report from VIEW/TOPS2
- Manage Client Portals – internal and external user access to sharepoint site
- Manage sharepoint documents structure
- Process Team Members’ expenses
- Process external Supplier Invoices through MyBuy - non project related invoices
- Distribute VAS Monthly Reports - LI Index/Yield Sheet/Benchmark
- Collate Benchmark information
- Maintain Valuer patch allocation per town list (Fund Valuations only) and update patch valuer information in relevant database
- Add graduates to property inspections into TOUR
- Preparation – ensure correct Valuer is allocated to the right Property in TOUR
- Maintain up-to-date external contact list per property
- Create and communicate inspection schedule with deadlines
- Appointment - Scheduling appointment with Asset Manager and 3rd Parties
- Update inspection schedule in sharepoint for the next inspection period
SKILLS
- Office Package – MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Quick learner
- Articulate and attention to detail is essential
- The ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Candidate must be highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines

WORKING HOURS - UK SHIFT - 2 PM – 11 PM (CAB FACILITY IS PROVIDED FOR PICK AND DROP)
