Job description

As a Business Development Officer at ProAmica, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by establishing and fostering relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and influence by implementing strategic initiatives to secure partnerships and generate referrals. Key responsibilities include:

Identify Key Decision Makers:

Research and identify key decision-makers within educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and training centers. Build and Nurture Relationships:

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to position ProAmica as a preferred education solution provider. Understand Client Needs:

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements of potential clients and tailor our offerings accordingly. Incentivize Referrals:

Develop and implement incentive programs to encourage existing clients and partners to refer our education services to their networks. Execute Sales Strategies:

Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business development targets. Collaborate with Marketing:

Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with overall marketing strategies. Stay Informed:

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Any Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in business development or sales, especially within the education sector, is highly desirable. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with key decision-makers and articulate the value proposition of our education services. Relationship Building:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. Experience in consultative selling is a plus. Self-Motivated:

A self-driven individual capable of working independently and managing a diverse set of responsibilities. Goal-Oriented:

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
