Job description
Role: Offline Expansion (Retail and Offline Distribution) - Launch Associate The Associate is responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective operation of our retail stores and ensuring a strong GTM strategy is implemented and executed across our retail presence. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all aspects of offline operations run smoothly, from inventory management to customer service. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various responsibilities within a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities - Act as a control Tower for the Offline Channels Data:
- Manage Price Status/Inventory/Sales Data as a SPOC
- Deep Dive analysis on the Sales Across Shop-in-Shop Store, Distributors, and COCO store
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the store and with our offline distributors.
- Conduct regular stock checks, restocking, and inventory adjustments.
- Ensure stock levels meet customer demand and sales forecasts.
- Store Merchandising:
- Assist and execute the visual merchandising to create an attractive store environment.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling displays across all stores
- Sales Support:
- Sales and Product Training for the
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications And Requirements - Proven experience in retail operations or Offline Distribution.
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
