Job Title: Strategic Partnership Sales

Partner Identification and Recruitment:

Identify potential strategic partners in the Indian / Global market that align with the company’s objectives and target customer base. This involves researching and evaluating potential partners, including resellers, distributors, integrators, and other channel partners. Negotiation and Contracting:

Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements and contracts. Negotiate terms, pricing, incentives, and support structures to ensure alignment with company goals and channel sales strategies. Channel Enablement and Training:

Develop and implement channel enablement programs to educate and train partners on the AiSensy product offerings, value proposition, sales techniques, and best practices. Provide ongoing support and resources to empower partners to effectively sell and support the product. Channel Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop channel-specific marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials. Work closely with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to generate awareness and drive demand for the SaaS solutions. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Track and analyze key performance metrics related to channel sales activities, including partner revenue, pipeline development, and customer acquisition. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize channel performance and maximize revenue generation. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, support, and escalations. Foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership ecosystem to drive long-term success. Market and Competitive Intelligence:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to SaaS and channel sales. Use insights gathered to identify new opportunities, threats, and areas for differentiation within the channel ecosystem. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success, to align channel strategies with overall company objectives. Collaborate on joint initiatives, product launches, and go-to-market plans to maximize channel success. Compliance and Governance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to channel sales and partnerships. Maintain transparency and integrity in all partner interactions and business dealings.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or partnership management, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships within the SaaS or technology industry. Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to assess market opportunities and drive strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with external partners and internal stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
