Supervisor / Executive - Retail

This is a full-time on-site Supervisor / Executive - Retail role at ACSA. Daily responsibilities will include supervising retail operations, ensuring product knowledge among staff, communicating with team members and customers, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

• Supervisory skills, including team management and leadership
• Retail operations experience, including inventory management and visual merchandising
• Strong product knowledge, particularly in the areas of food and beverage, and retail products
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience working in an international or diplomatic environment is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi
