Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Field Sales and Service Engineers at Laser Science Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. located in Navi Mumbai. The Field Sales and Service Engineers are responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and customer service. Qualifications Field service, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory and occasionally outside the region Knowledge of laser and spectroscopy instruments is a plus M.Sc physics , Ph.D Physics/spectroscopy , Bachelor's degree or higher in instrumentation/mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Field Experience of 2-5 years in sales and service of photonics equipment is desirable.Job tags
