Job Location: Mumbai Job Type: Permanent Job Responsibilities:
- Should act as the first and foremost face for the organization
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Manage phone calls - Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Manage the inward and out going courier for the organisation
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Job Requirements:
- Graduate with 3 - 5 years experience as Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Should be friendly with a smiling face and a helping hand
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite - Word, excel, PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Should be multitasking and have time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
