Job Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at taxclix.in, Karnataka's First AI Based Accounting Bookkeeping Taxation and Business Consultation company. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This is a Full-Time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with an opportunity for growth and career development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to effectively utilize job boards and social media platforms
- Experience in screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in HR management software and applicant tracking systems
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and acquire top talent
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels
- Maintain recruitment data and applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Assist in negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
