Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Pune, as a Reservations Ticketing Agent. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with booking reservations, issuing tickets, issuing hotel bookings, Insurances, handling cancellations and refunds, and resolving any customer issues related to bookings.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required, degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities at once
• Knowledge of ticketing and reservation booking systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred, and proficiency in other languages is a plus
