Role and Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for:
- Preparing implementation plans using MS Project.
- Involvement in Effort Estimation of the Project.
- Managing and executing projects on schedule and creating project documents.
- Managing a 50 people Web and dot net development team.
- Setting up systems and procedures to adhere to quality guidelines.
- Taking complete ownership of all timely deliveries of projects as per the quality/scope promised.
- Constantly monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Responding to RFPs and documentation activities such as SRS etc.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and new initiatives.
- Escalating challenges or scope increments from clients to superiors in a timely manner.
- Anticipating technical bottlenecks in projects and escalating them to superiors.
- Vendor Management.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in project management.
- Any graduate qualification.
- Strong knowledge of dot net 4.0 and successful design of systems using the Ntier approach.
- Experience in managing resources timelines customer interaction and deliverables of the project (cost quality and timelines).
- Experience in working or managing projects across technologies preferably Dot Net.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Great troubleshooting skills in providing direction to the team in challenging situations.
