Know more about us: Brief about the Team Tata 1mg-s Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients. What will you do 1. Greet and assist patients in professional manner. 2. Respond to inquiries and provide information about radiology procedures, preparation, instructions, appointment scheduling 3. Handle phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently, addressing any concerns issues. 4.Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the appointment systems 5. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of patient information in the database 6. Collaborate with the Radiology team to ensure a smooth patient flow and address any customer service-related matters. 7. Handle administrative tasks related to the Radiology Department, including documentation and report generation What we are looking for 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Basic knowledge of healthcare and radiology procedures. 3. Proficiency in using laptops and familiar with various software applications 4. Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data entry and record keeping 5. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting, would be advantageous but not mandatory. 6.
