Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns for clients across various industries. The Performance Marketer should be well-versed in data analysis, provide actionable insights, and ensure maximum ROI for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns
- Expertise in data-driven insights and the ability to apply these insights to drive business growth
- Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their importance in measuring the success of campaigns
- Experience in creating and tracking metrics for campaigns, and analyzing outcomes
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Relevant Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics certifications is a must.
