Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Consultant to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing clients operational processes through the effective implementation and utilization of Epicor ERP. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with Epicors operational modules and a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
Epicor ERP Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of Epicor ERP operational modules to align with business requirements.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with other teams to gather and analyze functional requirements.
Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the Epicor operational modules.
User Training: Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of Epicors operational functionalities.
Customization: Configure customize and maintain Epicor ERP operational modules to adapt to evolving business needs.
Integration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to integrate Epicor with other operational systems and applications.
Reporting: Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards within Epicor to provide realtime insights for decisionmaking.
Compliance: Ensure that the operational modules and processes within Epicor comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations customizations and user guides.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master s degree in Operations Management Supply Chain Management or a related field.
5 years of proven experience working with Epicor ERP specifically in operational modules.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Handson experience in the fullcycle implementation and support of Epicor ERP.
Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Effective team player with the ability to collaborate in crossfunctional teams.
Epicor certifications (preferred but not required).
