Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of an injection moulding process, including the set-up, operation, maintenance and repairs of injection moulding tools, equipment and materials.
- Prepare and produce injection moulded components to specification and ensure their quality.
- Carrying out moulding tool changes as scheduled or required.
- Assisting with quality check such First Offs.
- Completing production paperwork as required.
- Liaising with the Tool Room and QA departments as required.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Have a high level of experience of injection moulding process and parameters and being able to set up the machine from scratch.
- Be skilled and experienced in troubleshooting and resolving moulding processes.
- Have a good understanding of tooling.
- Fitting and assembling of machines and parts
- Fabrication work involving welding and metal cutting
Desired Candidate Profile
- ITI with 1 to 3 years experience
- Know electric arc welding for MS and SS
- Practical knowledge for the work processes
