Job description
looking for Sales Manager from pharma ,FMCG , insurance , Banking ,other sales sector. Roles : - Recruiting Advisors and assisting them in the acquisition of life insurance business for the company - Motivating and developing them to improve their sales development abilities. - Conducting various product training sessions and market awareness sessions to increase their industry knowledge. - Activating them while maintaining average productivity month after month. - The assignment includes the entire operation, such as prospect identification, quotation preparation, deal closing, and the creation of MIS reports, such as daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.
