Job description

1. Strategic HR Planning:
- Partnering with leaders to develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with Trasks vision and business objectives.
- Conducting regular assessments of the workforce and proposing proactive HR initiatives to address potential gaps, such as talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.

2. Employee Relations:
- Serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for department managers and employees to provide guidance and support on employee-related matters.
- Assisting in resolving employee grievances, conflict resolution, and conducting investigations when needed, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

3. Performance Management:
- Collaborating with leaders to establish effective performance management processes, aligning individual goals with overall organizational objectives.
- Providing guidance and support for performance reviews, coaching managers on delivering feedback, and monitoring performance improvement plans.

4. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to assess staffing needs, create job descriptions, manage interviews, and onboard new hires.
- Facilitating the smooth integration of new employees into the company culture, supporting their development, and providing resources to ensure their success.

5. Training and Development:
- Identifying training needs across the organization and partnering with leaders to design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall effectiveness.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth through various initiatives and resources.

6. Organizational Development:
- Collaborating with senior leadership to drive change management initiatives and promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Participating in the development and execution of HR-related projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, or process improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR-related software.
