Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Heads to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing effective marketing campaigns, and building a high-performing sales team. The Sales Heads will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Execution: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. 2. Develop and execute innovative marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. 3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies. 4. Oversee the creation of engaging and effective marketing collateral, including website content, social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials. 5. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to optimize online visibility and engagement. 6. Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

Reporting and Analysis: 1. Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, presenting key performance indicators, trends, and insights to senior management. 2. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, refine strategies, and optimize sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience 7-10 years in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Consulting Industry. • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Results-oriented with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes. • Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and business needs
